Shaanxi Autlong Environmental Engineering Co.Ltd.(shortened as AEEC) was established in 1998 in Xi’an high-technology development zone, serving domestic and abroard markets. We specialize in complete designing, manufacturing and installing of de-dusting system, desulphurization, denitration, wastewater treatment and vacuum metallurgy equipment (VD,VOD,RH) for iron and steel, coking and power plant, etc. Our products can be applied to various kinds of industries such as steel, casting, coal, power, chemistry, noferrours, cement, glass, building material, foodstuff, etc, and have been exported to Vietnam, Georgia, Salvador and so on.
We have import and export trade license, passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.Now,there are 440 stuff on our manufacturing base, including 80 engineering technicians,320 production workers and 40 administrators.Our annual production capacity can reach up to 300 million Yuan.The company was appraised by Shaanxi provincial government and awarded the honor of “observe contract and keep promises enterprise” in Shaanxi province.
Now, we have 2000m2 manufacturing workshop,the maximun span of which is 30m with the largest lifting capacity 75t .There are over 310 sets main equipments, including 8 groups large welding platform 4.5×6m;large pipe bender with maximum camber Φ209×9; 500t hydraulic press;various specification of digital cutting machine, plate bending roll, folding machine etc.(the largest rolling plate is 50mm×1800mm); 300×3000mm honing machine; 8m large vertical lathe;9m gantry milling bed; spindle large floor type boring lathe with principal axisΦ150 and 160 as well as large gear-hobbing machine, etc; The 3000m2 electric assembly workshop is equipped with 78 sets special equipments, providing integrated products for SIEMENS and ABB.
